Shipping & Delivery

Dabney Designz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Payment

Payment is required according to the terms provided at the time the order is placed. An order is not considered confirmed until required payment has been received.

Deposits or payments associated with an order that has entered the design or production process may be non-refundable.

Design Ownership

All original artwork, designs, graphics, logos, templates, and other creative materials created by Dabney Designz remain the property of Dabney Designz unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Purchasing a custom product does not automatically transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying artwork or design.

Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

Dabney Designz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue an order when necessary, including orders involving inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

If Dabney Designz cancels an order before production begins, any eligible payment will be refunded.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Dabney Designz, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.

By submitting payment, the customer agrees that completed custom-designed products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law.
